First job. Hardest job. Gig work, service work, caregiving, construction, re-entry. OBWC meets Black workers where they are, not where anyone else thinks you should be.
From the Black youth that are moving into new jobs, to our Black elders that have worked for decades, and everyone in the middle - we will create and hold space for you here.

This is not a Black business hub. It is a Black worker center.
Every program, every campaign, every partnership gets the same question: Is this good for the worker? We are dedicated to advancing the movement for Black workers' justice.
